If somebody is already parked in your parking spot, unfortunately Drivewayz cannot have the vehicle removed. You may contact the motorist via in-app messaging to see if they are open to moving their vehicle. If they accept you will be charged a $5.00 fee and the motorist will be refunded.

If the motorist has yet to park in your parking spot, but has already reserved the space, you may cancel the  booking no less than 24 hours in advance. Though there is no fee for this, keep in mind, motorists may still write a review on their experience.
